Krause Berry Farms own blended Gluten Friendly Flour Mix in a 1 lb size. 

This flour blend is made in our harvest kitchen - where there are a lot of flour recipes made.  So this product is classified as Gluten Friendly because it is not made in a certified Gluten Free facility.
