Pie & Pizza Baking Instructions 

Krause Berry Farms and Estate winery famous double crust pies are made onsite in our Bakery.

Double Crust Pie

Preheat oven to 425F

Bake 15 minutes at 425F then turn down oven to 375 and bake for another 50 - 60 minutes (times vary depending on type of oven). The entire top should be golden brown and the filling should look "bubbly" and a bit of it will poke through the holes in the top of the pie.

Allow 2 hours for pie to cool before slicing and serving. 

We know this is difficult, but trust us, it's necessary for the filling to firm up a bit ;)  



Pumpkin Pie

regular and gluten friendly

These pies do not require baking. All our pumpkin pies are pre-baked and simply need to thaw to be enjoyed. 

Do not bake these pies.

Caramel Apple Crumble Pie

Preheat oven to 400ºF

Place frozen pie into the oven for approximately 40-45 minutes (look for good colour and a little bubbling of the filling) Remove from oven and cool for approximately 2 hours before slicing.

Drizzle with caramel provided.



Roast corn pizza, vegetarian pizza, Krause Berry Farms pizza, langley pizza, take home pizza

Roasted Corn Pizza

Preheat oven to 400F

Bake from frozen 20 minutes, then remove from oven and cut into 4 pieces.

Bake another 20 minutes - keeping a good eye on it so it doesn't burn.
