Proudly made in British Columbia, Edible Gardens is a family-owned Canadian company creating artisan balsamic vinegars and reductions since 1995. Their products are handcrafted in small batches, with each bottle hand-filled and hand-labelled to preserve quality and freshness. 

From rich balsamic vinegars like Ginger Fig, Raspberry, Roasted Garlic and Apricot Chipotle to flavourful reductions including Classic, Strawberry & Fig, Garlic & Rosemary, Fig & Fire and Pomegranate, there’s a flavour for everything from salads and marinades to cheese, roasted vegetables, grilled meats and desserts.
