GLUTEN FRIENDLY BUMBLEBERRY PIE
Bumbleberry pie is filled with a mixture of sun ripened blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries hand picked from our fields. This pie is made in our Harvest kitchen (which handles regular flour - please see note below) using 8 inch Gluten Free Pie Shells from Wendels.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS PIE IS MADE IN THE SAME FACILITY AS OUR REGULAR PRODUCTS AND THERE IS ALWAYS A CHANCE OF CROSS CONTAMINATION. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIE OR ANY OF OUR GLUTEN FRIENDLY PRODUCTS FOR THOSE WHO ARE CELIAC.
Our pies are sold frozen and can be taken home to bake, or give us 24hrs notice and we will bake it for you.
If you want the pie baked: select your pick up time and day 24hrs notice in advance.
PIE FILLING: KRAUSE BERRY FARMS STRAWBERRIES, KRAUSE BERRY FARMS RASPBERRIES, KRAUSE BERRY FARMS BLUEBERRIES, KRAUSE BERRY FARMS BLACKBERRIES, SUGAR,MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT, SUNSET GLAZE (WATER, VEGETABLE OlL, VEGETABLE PROTEINS, DEXTROSE, MALTODEXTRINS)
Wendels Pie Shell Ingredients:
White rice flour, Water, Butter, Potato starch, Organic palm oil, Tapioca starch, Flaxseed, Sugars (cane sugar), Sea salt.

Double Crust Pie Baking Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F
Bake frozen pie for 15 minutes at 425F then turn down oven to 375 and bake for another 50 - 60 minutes (times vary depending on type of oven). The entire top should be golden brown and the filling should look "bubbly" and a bit of it will poke through the holes in the top of the pie.
Allow 2 hours for pie to cool before slicing and serving. We know this is difficult, but trust us, it's necessary for the filling to firm up a bit ;)
