ROASTED CORN SALSA
What’s the secret to our vegetarian farm made roasted corn salsa - we make it by hand with our own farm grown, non GMO, sweet corn. The corn is harvested by hand in the summer, then roasted in our Harvest Kitchen.
This salsa is a favourite of our guests, and is the perfect pantry staple for personal snacking, drop in guests or charcuterie boards. Add our pickled asparagus tips or pickled green beans to your charcuterie boards too.
